1、个人简介
陈洪丽,中国医学科学院生物医学工程研究所副教授。天津医科大学生物医学工程专业学士和硕士学位,北京协和医学院生物医学工程专业博士学位,天津大学博士后,清华大学-IDG/麦戈文脑科学研究院访问学者,天津工业大学副教授(2016-2024)。天津市“131”第三层次人才,天津市“青年后备人才培养计划”人选。担任天津市医学会激光医学分会常委,中国光学学会第四届生物医学光子学青年委员,天津市激光技术学会理事,中华医学会激光医学分会委员,天津市健康教育协会眼健康教育分会委员。
研究方向为光生物调节与神经调控、可穿戴光学诊疗设备研发。聚焦神经系统基本科学问题,开展光调控的关键技术及机制研究。重点围绕神经损伤和神经调控,运用分子与细胞生物学、神经生物学等方法,采用先进光学技术开展干细胞调控、神经损伤修复及相关病变研究,以此为依据,推动诊疗设备研发和临床应用转化。主要研究对象包括阿尔茨海默病、抑郁症、睡眠障碍和脊髓损伤等,旨在以不同疾病的发病机制为依据,实现对光学参数、作用通路和作用靶点的精准研究,构建精准光生物学的创新链条,为通过光生物学方法解决重大疑难问题提供科学依据和技术支撑。主持国家自然科学基金1项,主持省部级项目4项,主持天津市教委项目1项,参与科技部重点研发项目2项。在国内外期刊发表论文30余篇,申请专利16项,专利成果转化3项,开发样机6台。
